Our Company
Testimony
"We knew we needed to get busy with our new Welcoming and Involvement Ministries. We knew we needed to improve our buildings and our attitude. Where were we to begin? Jan Floro of "Grow Church Now" knew just where we should begin. Jan provided honest evaluations and helpful insights into our visitors' experience. Jan led training sessions with an energetic and generous spirit to build up our confidence and moral. Finally, Jan offered us great professional advice on improving our outreach and follow up. In one year working with Jan, we developed and followed a unique plan for our church and accomplished many improvements in our Welcoming and Involvement Ministries and reinvigorated the spirit of our congregation. With Jan's year end summary in hand, we go forward knowing what we need to do next."
–Rev. Pam Cline, First United Methodist Church, Katy
"After having upgraded our Guest Ministries about a year ago, it was very helpful to bring Jan in for a training event and the mystery guest audit. Her presentation provided a lot of affirmation of the efforts our team had made. It also helped uncover some of our "blind spots," along with providing some specific action steps. The entire presentation was done in an encouraging and motivating spirit."
–Rev. Robert Stutes, Bellville United Methodist Church

The Grow Church Now Story
Grow Church Now was formed as Jan Floro was asked repeatedly by churches to "come help us." We are a friendly bunch of people, what are we doing wrong? Guests come to the church, but seldom return. Why?
Churches want to invite and welcome guests. Churches want to help make disciples of Jesus Christ. The cry for help was heard loudly, and often. Grow Church Now eliminates your frustration and takes basic knowledge, coupled with years of experience, and teaches you how to see your church (facilities and people) through the eyes of your guests.
Beliefs
Grow Church Now believes every church can improve and excel in hospitality.
" So reach out and welcome one another to God's glory. Jesus did it; now you do it!"
– Romans 15:7
