When we see the same things in the same way, over and over again…we begin to see with less clarity. We know which doors to enter, so we do not realize that our guests do not know this information. We know where the restrooms are, and forget that our guests may be completely embarrassed to have to ask. We know where the nursery is, where classrooms are, where the coffee is…and we forget that it is all foreign to our guests.
